Your Health in the NHS App

The Your Health page of the NHS App is where you can view and manage your personal health information.

The options might vary, but sections you see can include:

• Your GP health record
• Past and upcoming appointments
• Prescriptions
• Test results
• Care plans
• Health choices, including organ donation and how your health data is used

Getting the NHS App

The NHS App is available on iOS and Android. To use it you must be aged 13 or over and registered with a GP surgery in England. Find out more about who can use the NHS App.
