What I Do
I joined the GJH team in June 2024, primarily to run the Meet & Move sessions while Rachel Cowey is on maternity leave.
I predominantly work with older people, leading safe, structured exercise groups to help them build resilience and strength, protecting them from risk of falls or social isolation.
How I Support Patients
I can support patients through regular meetings and accountability within these meetings. I can advise on lifestyle improvements in terms of simple, healthy habit forming around nutrition and exercise.
I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years with clients of all ages, goals and backgrounds. Clients' needs have ranged from rehab, sports performance, general wellness and strength goals. I have also worked extensively with Age UK to delivery Strength & Balance courses to the elderly population.
