About the Role
This is a new role in GJH. The core purpose is to ensure our growing organisation remains compliant with our statutory and regulatory requirements, such as HR, health and safety and with the Care Quality Commission.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and administering meetings with the PCN Board and Managers of our 7 GP practices
- Overseeing our HR processes, including recruitment, induction, probation reviews and staff training.
- Reviewing and updating management and operation policies, including health and safety.
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director, Operations Manager, Clinical Directors and Team Leads.

GJH is a young and rapidly developing organisation. As such, we are looking for someone with an innovative and flexible approach while also performing core tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Excellent communications skills, IT literacy and knowledge and experience of HR process are essential.
A qualification in Business Adminstration would be preferred, along with knowledge and experience of General Practice and Primary Care.
